For so long * it IS true
* actually all day Saturday
GOLDILOX SATURDAY
Previous weekend = TOO COLD
Following weekend = TOO WARM
Curling weekend: cold + sunny + no wind = JUST RIGHT
THAT kind of math we can handle.
We started with beer-freezing temperatures, which gave us good, solid ice (15" thick, though some lanes were bumpy)
and ONCE AGAIN ended with a blazing sunset and a spotlight-illuminated final match.
