Curling on Crystal Lake

DAZED AND CURL-FUSED
For so long * it IS true
* actually all day Saturday
In a fickle show of force, it looks like Mother Nature has selected ours
to be the only ice-based tournament on Crystal Lake of winter 2024-2025!?
We started with beer-freezing wind chills and ended with slushy green circles
and a flashlight-illuminated final match.
Congratulations
to the
Frozen Tundra Numb Nuts
for their perseverance
Now lets see if we can continue the tradition of establishing the Crystal Lake CURLING EVENT
as THE event which pre-determines the winner of the SUPER BOWL !!

That Breen Gay team has not been seen for awhile now.Kudos to the North Shore Sweepers for a well-earned Silver Medal.
It was too dark for an award ceremony, but we know you were there somewhere.
Oh, yeah.... Moby's, that's where you were.
I stuck my head way in to the suggestion box but could not see any.
